Podcast: Stephen Shedletzky on Creating a Speak Up Culture

If you’ve ever had the good fortune of meeting Stephen Shedletzky, or Shed as he is better known, you’ll know that he is a very passionate guy. He has a passion to help leaders listen to and nurture the voices of others. He is passionate about helping leaders and teams foster environments where people feel heard.

Shed is a facilitator, speaker and coach on his own, but you may recognize him from his association with our friend, Simon Sinek. In fact, Shed first learned about Simon from his first TED talk, which is the same way Barry-Wehmiller CEO Bob Chapman first encountered Simon.

Shed was the fourth person to join Simon’s team in 2011. He started out answering Simon’s fan mail, but quickly grew into a role scaling up Simon’s social media content and presence and held the roles of Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Training and Product Development, leading a global team of world-class speakers and facilitators. But Shed has also shared hundreds of his own keynotes and workshops on purpose, leadership and culture over the years.
