Rich Diviney, recently joined the BW Leadership Institute (now Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, read more here) as Director of Outreach.
As a former Navy SEAL, Rich knows something about trust, and it is a topic he spends a lot of time on through his work with BWLI to bring the principles of Truly Human Leadership to other companies and organizations.
This isn’t the first time trust has been a topic on the Everybody Matters Podcast, but we felt Rich would have a unique perspective, given his set of experiences.
