Recently, my son Kyle – President of Barry-Wehmiller – had the opportunity to speak as part of a St. Louis M&A roundtable at the Smart Business Dealmakers virtual conference.

The discussion was moderated by Michael Scully of PNC Financial Services Group and also featured James Cooper, managing partner and founder of Thompson Street Capital Partners and Harold Ford, former U.S. Congressman.

Kyle did a wonderful job of articulating our vision, steeped in our Truly Human Leadership values that balance people, purpose and performance. He explained our “hybrid equity” approach and what differentiates Barry-Wehmiller from other entities that acquire companies.
