“We have a unique opportunity to partner with leaders across BW Integrated Systems and to help them develop strategies that will elevate business performance by inspiring people, promoting the unique skillsets of our team members and leveraging the competitive advantage of Barry-Wehmiller’s storied culture,” Spitler explained. “In my career, I’ve had the opportunity to help lead cross-functional teams through business transformations at several companies, where we were not only able to improve business performance, but also to improve team member engagement and enthusiasm. My philosophy has always been that CPD leaders have an opportunity and a responsibility to help make business better—both in terms of the bottom line and in how we get there with our people.”
Spitler will be based out of BW Integrated Systems’ headquarters in Romeoville.
