GREEN BAY, Wis. — Sept. 16, 2026 — BW Converting will highlight the breadth of its multi-industry technology portfolio at PRINTING United Expo, held Sept. 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. At Booth N7265, the company will bring together expertise from across its global organization under the theme “Many Industries. One Purpose.”

Spanning print, packaging, mailing and other industrial applications, BW Converting’s portfolio addresses many of the production priorities manufacturers share across markets, including quality, productivity, automation, process control and workforce efficiency.

BW Converting will use the show to present how the company's capabilities support critical production processes across a wide range of applications. These include flexographic printing, anilox roll cleaning, print inspection, surface treatment and cleaning, mailing, bag converting and other industrial applications, helping manufacturers improve consistency, reduce manual intervention and make more effective use of production resources.

“PRINTING United gives us an opportunity to talk with customers about the bigger production challenges they are trying to solve, rather than looking at one machine or process in isolation,” said Michael Ring, Vice President of Sales, Americas, Converting Technologies, BW Converting. “Whether the priority is improving quality and consistency, reducing manual intervention, expanding into new applications or creating a more efficient production environment, many of the challenges are shared across industries. ‘Many Industries. One Purpose.’ reflects both the breadth of what BW Converting offers and the common goal behind it: helping customers operate more effectively.”

For the first time at PRINTING United, BW Converting will also incorporate its bag converting capabilities into its broader show presence. The expanded focus reflects the company’s ability to support manufacturers across an increasingly diverse range of markets and applications, including flexible packaging, mailing bags and other growing packaging formats.

BW Converting’s expanding presence in bag and pouch converting is already translating into measurable production gains for customers. Admiral Packaging installed its first BW Converting Hudson-Sharp pouch machine in 2025 and has since continued investing in BW Converting technology as it expands its pouching operation.

“Since installing our newest Hudson-Sharp pouch machine, we’ve more than doubled our throughput,” said Robert Hummell, Vice President of Operations, Admiral Packaging. “The difference has been the uptime and changeover performance we’re achieving, and it’s given us the confidence to keep growing our pouching division. Sales may have sold the first machine, but BW Converting’s engineering and support teams sold every machine after that.”

The breadth of BW Converting’s portfolio also allows conversations to extend across traditionally separate areas of production. A packaging converter evaluating productivity, for example, may also be looking for ways to augment print inspection capabilities, improve web surface printability, automate cleaning or gain greater control over other parts of the workflow. A mailing or bag-converting operation may be focused on many of the same fundamentals, including automation, throughput, labor efficiency and repeatable quality.

That perspective has become increasingly relevant as manufacturers contend with persistent labor challenges, higher expectations for consistency and productivity, evolving materials and applications, and continued pressure to get more value from existing production resources. Across industries, automation and process control are playing a larger role not simply in increasing output, but in reducing reliance on manual intervention and helping operations achieve more repeatable performance across shifts and operators.

At Booth N7265, BW Converting representatives will be available throughout PRINTING United Expo to discuss applications and production challenges across the company’s broad technology portfolio.
